Our services are available to both individual and business clients in supported regions.


2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our platform, you represent that you are eligible to enter into a binding contract and are not prohibited by law from doing so.


3. Payments and Billing

  • Service fees will be disclosed upfront or via direct quote.
  • By using TechSavr services, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
  • We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to handle transactions securely.
  • Payments are due at the time of booking or upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled through our platform or authorized representatives.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • TechSavr reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or technician availability.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Maintain proper backups of your data (we are not liable for lost data unless part of the service).
  • Ensure that we have safe and reasonable access to your devices (for on-site services).
  • Refrain from using our services for any illegal or unethical purposes.

6. Service Limitations

  • We do not guarantee that every problem will be resolved.
  • Some issues may require additional time or specialist referral.
  • We reserve the right to decline service requests that are outside our scope or violate our policies.
